Design Services

Our design process starts by consulting with you on your project’s requirements.

This determines the key features that are required in our design.
With the information collected (e.g. sketches, sample parts or concepts) we then use our expertise to develop a design that considers factors such as manufacturability, cost, function, environment, reliability and maintainability.
With all this in mind, we use the latest 3D design software (Autodesk Inventor) to effectively create a digital model and detailed drawings of the design. 

If engineering certification of the design is required, this can be carried out by our qualified mechanical engineer.
