We value the esteem, honour and trust that is attributed when assigned responsibility, and respond with actions not excuses to ensure that the esteem, honour and trust is well founded. We value being held accountable for our actions as this demonstrates the measure of responsibility assigned.

Integrity

We value honesty and candour and clearly communicate what we believe and value. We recognise integrity as being the alignment of our inner belief and values with our words and actions. We value being true to our selves, and take responsibility for developing ourselves by actively correcting differences in our inner beliefs and values and our words and actions. We value sound ethics as defined by the natural laws; laws which should be familiar to everyone.

Mutuality

We value a shared benefit and fair dealing, where everyone wins and continues to win in the future. We want everyone we deal with, our partners, associates, customers, suppliers, employees and governments to benefit from their contact with us, and we expect to benefit from our contact with them.
